Meditation includes Focus upon the Worthy; Spiritual Particles involved in Focus are from God who is Wholly Love and does not need any other ( that could distract, entice, weaken ,  war) spirit to be Fulfilled.

Our Focus upon Love, and it's attributes, imagery, envisioning, internal Heeding to it, using Senses in its Service , allowing Senses to take its Imprints only and deeds ,  Spreads, affirms and reinforces Godly particles of Meditation.
